This policy explains what information FleetSutra ("we", "us") collects through fleetsutra.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It follows the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This policy covers this website only. When the FleetSutra platform launches, it will come with its own terms and data agreement covering vehicle and telematics data.

What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you type into the form:

• Your name and company name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your fleet size and any message you add, such as the vehicle makers you run

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or vehicle location data on this website.

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To contact you about the demo you asked for
• To understand your fleet so we can prepare a relevant demo
• To send you follow-up information about FleetSutra, only if you agree to it

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Your consent

By submitting the demo form, you agree to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using your details from then on.

Who else handles your data

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website. They process data only on our instructions:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Formspree receives the demo form and forwards it to our inbox.
• Google Workspace provides our email.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface used on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when the page loads.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We only use providers with recognised security practices.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep it

We keep demo request details for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. After that, we delete them unless you have become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct or update it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the information you send us is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
