Enter the employees who travel, and your cabs on the Cabs package. Buses are priced per employee only; each cab counts as at least 6 employees.
Not to you. The makers charge for access to your vehicles' data, and FleetSutra pays it. It's already in the price. The one exception is the Cabs package for companies: you connect your cabs' own GPS account, and FleetSutra reads it.
Not for tracking. FleetSutra reads the telematics and GPS already in your vehicles, from the maker's or provider's own account. AI dashcams are the one device: an add-on we supply and fit, 3 cameras per vehicle, at ₹999 in 2K or ₹1,499 in 4K with Wi-Fi, per vehicle a month with a 2-year lock-in.
From your telematics, every day. A month's invoice uses the highest count in that month. There's no minimum: one vehicle is billed as one.
Employees on your bus routes, plus, on Cabs, every employee who had a cab trip in the last 30 days. Buses are billed per employee only. On Cabs, each cab counts as at least 6 employees. There's no other minimum.
Trip times from Google Maps live traffic instead of our built-in estimate, which already allows for peak hours. It's optional, billed on its own line, and only turned on once it works for you.
